• Affordable Housing and Homelessness
In process of developing a 10-year strategic plan to address affordable housing and homelessness in Guelph and Wellington County. Previously completed a study on Rural Homelessness in Wellington County, which was presented at the national Homelessness Partnering Strategy Conference in Ottawa, Ontario (October 12, 2012).

• Community Indicators
In process of preparing a community wellbeing indicator report (based on the Canadian Index of Wellbeing) for the City of Guelph. In addition, Eden authored Canada's Vital Signs 2011 and 2010, and Guelph-Wellington's Vital Signs reports in 2008 and 2009.

• Community Investment
Created a strategic and operational decision making framework that guides how the City of Guelph funds, supports and partners with non-profit organizations to achieve common social and community goals.

• Facilitation
Designed and facilitated a full day session of 50+ InformOntario members, to develop a collective action plan to address the impact of 211 on local member organizations and the provincial Information & Referral sector.

• Mental Health Research
Co-authored a report on mental health and families/circles of support, as background research for the development of a mental health strategy for Canada.

• Program Evaluation
Designed and carried out an evaluation plan for Project Wisdom, a new initiative to build capacity and awareness of elder abuse among Guelph/Wellington's immigrant population, focusing on the South Asian and Middle Eastern communities.
